How to Order
1. When you find the desired product, select your quantity, and then click "ADD TO CART".
2. After that, the order confirmation page is displayed. If there are no problems, click "CHECK OUT".
*You can change the quantity or cancel the selected item on this page.
3. Enter your personal information.
4. Select your shipping method.
*If you prefer EMS, select EMS for the method.
5. Select your payment method.
6. Review your order information and click "Pay Now" to complete the process.
7. When you complete your order, the order completion confirmation email will be sent to you automatically.
Please note:
・Even if you add items to the cart, your order is not confirmed until you complete the payment.
・Sometimes the order confirmation email goes to your spam folder.
・In case your desired quantity exceeds our stock, please contact us.

We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and JCB), PayPal, and Amazon Pay.

・The items are shipped from Osaka.
・We ship them within one business day after your order is confirmed.
Please note:
- There might be some cases that customs duties, taxes, or postal charges for customs clearance are required. The charges occurring after the shipment shall be borne by the customer.
- The delivery could be late due to natural disasters, pandemics, or local circumstances.
Domestic shipping
・We send the items by "Clickpost" for domestic shipping, which has tracking number.
・Yu-Pack is also available if you pay extra $12. It has both tracking number and insurance.
Exchanges and cancellations
After order confirmation
・You may change or cancel your order prior to dispatch.
・Please contact us from our inquiry form within 24 hours of order confirmation.
After delivery
・We accept returns of strictly unused products within 3 days from the date of delivery. All return shipping costs shall be paid by the customer. Please notify us in advance within 3 days of receipt.
We will not accept the following returns or exchanges:
・Products that have been used.
・Products without bands.
・More than 8 days have passed after delivery.
・We have not received prior notice.
