About OMIKUJI

Q. How should we draw Omikuji?
A. In Japan, we usually draw Omikuji from a special box, called Omikuji Box, but you can use any other boxes because it is not mandatory. When you draw a slip, you should think about your wishes beforehand. The slip will give you advice.

Q. What should we do after drawing Omikuji?
A. You can tie up your Omikuji if there is a place to do that, but you can also bring it back home and reread the advice whenever you want. Even if you feel the advice does not make sense now, it might impress you some day.

Q. Can we draw Omikuji written in other languages in Japan?
A. There are some shrines, temples, and tourist facilities in Japan where you can draw Omikuji written in various languages, including English and Chinese. Now we are planning to make and release the map that shows the places to draw Omikuji written in foreign languages.

Q. What kind of luck does Omikuji have?
A. Our Omikuji has 6 types of luck: Truly Marvelous Luck, Excellent Luck, Very Good Luck, Moderately Good Luck, Slightly Good Luck, and Uncertain Luck.

Q. Please tell us the order of luck.
A. At Japanese shrines and temples, sometimes Very Good Luck comes next to Excellent Luck, but other times it comes after Slightly Good Luck.

In our omikuji, the order is "Truly Marvelous Luck > Excellent Luck > Very Good Luck > Moderately Good Luck > Slightly Good Luck > Uncertain Luck". However, what is important is the messages written on the slip. We hope you do not get too emotional about the type of luck but just enjoy what it says.

About Payment

Q. How should we pay?
A. We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and JCB), PayPal, and Amazon Pay.

Q. My credit card cannot be accepted.
A. In order to protect your personal information, we cannot contact your credit card company. Please inquire with them by yourself.

About Shipment

Q. Is it possible for you to send the item to another address?
A. Yes, we can. Please enter the desired address in the "Shipping Address" box on the Information page. *For "Billing address" on the Payment page, please select "Use a different billing address" and enter the address that you register to issue your credit card.

Q. When can we receive the ordered items?
A. It takes 1-2 weeks by regular airmail or 3-5 days by EMS, though it varies depending on the situation at that time. Please refer to the website of Japan Post for the details.

A. Please contact us. We will track the items.

About Inquiry

Q. I do not receive any reply or email even though I sent messages from Inquiry Form.
A. In case you do not receive any reply from us, the following cases are considered; the reply has gone to your spam folder, you have set up a domain specification/restriction, or the email address you entered was wrong.
Please check those first. If they do not work out, please contact us from this email address.

Q. What are your business hours?
A. We are open from 9:00am to 6:00pm (JST) on weekdays. Please not that we are not operating on Saturday, Sunday, National holidays, and New Year's holidays, so the reply will be late.

Q. Can we contact you by phone?
A. It is available, but we only speak Japanese.
